  1. I have a trans temp gauge and im wondering where others have placed their sensors, and what fittings/sizes did you use. inputting it in the trans cooler receiving line is what ive seen, but what size t pieces etc do I need. BA 2005 ford fairmont 4 spd auto
  2. Yeah in over a yeah and a half I’m onto my full license, fg x turbo, my car currently has a tune, full exhaust, extractor
  3. Then even better, box it is, but the growler kit has a box with inlets for air, like the factory one.
  4. Heard about the cold air growler kit, apparently that sounds nice, I’m not too sure but willing to get a cold air intake preferable in a box but doesn’t have to inclosed box. Any suggestions on what to get. Cheers, ba n/a 2005 falcon
  5. Im just curious how they measure height of suspension, which part of the hub/wheel do they measure to the guards, im looking at lowering, but not slamming my car, and im curious if an XR6 Turbo stock suspension will lower my car and give it a nicer look. As you can see by the photo, it sits nice and high. Does anyone know xr6 ba turbo ride height, is it worth it as it is a much cheaper option to lower the height down on my fairmont. Ford Fairmont 2005 Mk2 BA. Cheers.
  6. I see that king lowering springs only go down 20-30 mm, is that enough? or would 40 odd look better? and im sure itll be fine lowered what are your main worries about lowering it?
  7. Howdy all, Im after some advice on lowering my BA Ford Fairmont/Falcon. I want a cheaper / reliable option, ive heard that Lowering Springs are the easiest and safest/cheapest way to do it besides coil overs. Im looking to lower it by a decent amount as the rear sits high as hell, attached is a photo. Im after some advice on what brand, where to go, what size do I get etc. If anyone can help me out itll be greatly appreciated.
  8. got any suggestions, I dont mind them, I have a grey metallic paint on my falcon so the darker look. but im here for suggestions to find out which ones to get
  9. Having a look on the market for aftermarket rear taillights, anyone got any suggestions, all I really have found are these (are these any good):
  10. Currently ive installed my water temp sensor, and a oil pressure sensor (both t piece with factory and new gauge temp sensor) now im wondering, obviously go through the rubber grommet that enters the cab. But how do I wire the gauges up (SAAS Oil Pressure and Water Temp) gauges. My car has the clock so the lighting that is connected to the parkers can be supplied by the clock? Just wonder how I can get power, is it through the wires that plug into the cluster? BA Ford Falcon 5 Speed. Photos are amazing if can be provided. Thanks.
  11. Howdy, I just recently purchase a oil pressure gauge with a water temp gauge, and another Transmission Temp gauge, I’m looking to know where to install it and how to. Photos would be ideal but any information is greatly appreciated, cheers. BA 4 Speed Falcon 05 I’m installing these in the dual pod on the dash, just curious on where the sensors / senders belong.
  12. Howdy, new to this all, ive got extractors and a highflow cat, with a 2.5" catback exhaust, im looking at getting this tuned, to last me another 2 years with a bit of fun. 160,000 KMS, been quoted around $1,200 for a dyno tune, and $1,500 for a tune. (talking an average 20+ KW increase). Also Looking at the 20% Powerband underdrive balancer belt pulley kit. Cheers. Ford Falcon, 2005 BA.
