No start crank with ((!)) Showing when turned to start

I did unplug the ecu to access top of suspension -
So I was putting in New suspension and all went well till I tryed to start the car, battery was flat, so I put a new one in, now showing code on icc unit and and ((!)) When I try to crank. Has anyone else had this problem and could give some advice
