  2. No one else knows the box like the person building it , if they can’t supply data to suit they shouldn’t even be building it in the first place my 2 cents anyways

  4. Tbh they are all doing pre much the same box these days the big upgrade to stop the eclutch issues is to go to a power glide drum . That’s my next step but it’s another 3k with a billet intermediate shaft . What box are you running ?

Here we go bla bla bla 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ With the rvo story’s Dave has been building me transmissions for a fair while now and he’s been nothing but amazing to me in supply and quality , long story short first time being able to do a wot shift 3-4 ( with traction) causing the clutch to glaze slightly exedy clutches , sh*t happens right ? . As to old mate that said I torched my trans dude your soooo far of the mark . I could easily drive the car home and 4 gear still drove fine just under wot with the torque it generates . And pressure slightly below what it could have been it slipped , Aaron had nothing to do with the trans / tuning it was between myself and Dave . And I didn’t give him the right feedback on what was going on so it’s 100% my fault . So quit the stupid Ohhh we have herd about rvo here we go .

  8. Was so much fun . That Mazda is soo friggn cool . My first time out and struggled a little with the starts when the video goes up you can see I back right off before it goes green 😂 but can’t wait to have another go and get more confident with spoiling it up and letting the brake go was just worried about punching it into a wall after that hq 😭😭😭😭😭😭
  9. It’s actually less laggy , nfi how it made some much difference but just seems to work , first test tonight at roll racing . If I can get grip it should be really fast . Traction is the issue because it comes on really hard and fast and loads of torque down low . I did change the waist gate spring to 19 psi instead of 14 aswell so that helped with the response

  11. 😂 and a lot won’t show afr to because they get criticised by the world , I’m a mechanic of 14 years and own my own workshop and the way jet tunes and goes about it is second to non . I sat in with him the whole process of doing my car working together , I can tell you now no other tuner here in South Australia would ever do that . To add to it my cold start it’s amazing first start just as good as petrol , previously I had to try 2-3 times . Rpm means nothing when showing the public. I’m still running a low limiter because at the stage I’m at there is no gain or no point going anymore even with built motor .

Thing now has me sh*t scared 😟 can’t wait to get it back on the track with some traction thanks heaps Azza , personally I don’t think there’s huge Gains to be had between the 82 and 84 if price was the same you’d go the 84 but if your fitting it into a standard 1.06 housing there’s machine work to be done so you’d be better sticking with the 82 . Only my opinion 😂 I’ll do a build thread at some stage . We could have eaisly bolted a gtx42 on it or 7576 and made 700 kws but waited all day for it to come on .This combo is crazy responsive
