  1. Ford can do a touch point recalibration after you have found the problem, alot of cars have ongoing problems because their local Ford dealer and the owner dont know this, they replace the parts and expect it to be good for 20 years, the flaps/blend doors that the mixer shafts go through break also, it's a seats, hand brake leaver, center console, icc, drop steering column then dash out job I posted up photos when I did mine, you'll need to join this group, Friend me on FB, PM me ill help you out if you get stuck, https://m.facebook.com/groups/clubfgaus/permalink/2815036938792346/?mibextid=Nif5oz

  5. Hi guys, I hope somone can help explain which notch of the star shaped mixer shaft spline lines up with what in the female spline in the HIM module, Also is there 3 bolts per side at the pillar? one everybody points out and the two obvious ones? Also where in the manual is any information about this dash out job? Does anyone have a link to online manual pages? My shaft and flap is broken,
  6. What model car do you have? I have a fg and my daughter has a mk2 fg. What do I need to do all this forscan stuff mate? Yeah mine is doing hot floor, cold face and cold on passenger side after driving 70km so it would be strange to have a low battery
