Hey guys wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction before I go to mechanic..So I have an issue in the morning when I start the car..so starts fine revs look at normal range but soon as I take off the car almost feels like its going to stall then hesitates and drives fine Fg mk1 xr6 turbo

Tested it again doesn’t happen in every gear or rev range only happens if I’m at about 50 with foot of acceleration then I’ll give it abit of gas you can hear the vibration if that helps??

I'll check the coolant ..sorry but the sound ain't loud enough to hear through a phone mate while I'm driving ..can't hear the sound at idle

Stock Fg xr6t automatic 150km na doesn't hunt revs only makes the sound as I'm building speed from take off for a few seconds then stops as I go faster Exhaust could be touching something hard to tell or maybe gearbox issue first time owning a ford

Hey guys was wondering if anyone could help me I'm getting this strange noise like a rattle while under load at low rpm.. it disappears after a sec or 2 and it's more prominent when cold almost sounds like the catalytic converter took to exhaust shop he couldn't hear anything and didn't check inside because catalytic is welded on any ideas ?

Ah ok so basically the delay is the car going back a gear to give it full kick hence the delay makes sense

Yeah I’m not sure how it works but there is a delay sometimes if I plant foot to floor other times it just pops in hard I was doing bout 80km when I planted it and there was a delay if that helps not sure what gear was about 3 rpm

Hey guys new to the ford scene..just wanting to know if this is normal or not..(car is stock auto) So basically sometimes depending on speed or my car load I’ll plant my foot to floor there’s about a 2 second delay then all off a sudden I get the big power kick.. then there is other times it kicks in almost instantly?
