So new cover and gaskets ordered, $293 for cover and around $140 for gaskets etc change him out next weekend along with a front crank seal.

Just replaced water pump, idler, tensioner and belt at 203,000 kms and found the crack thinking the oil sender was leaking. 🙄 Got a small vid but don’t know how to post it.

Hi guys, has anyone experienced a cracked rocker cover? I noticed an oil leak and on investigation found a hairline crack at the small corner near number 2 injector. Guess I will search for another cover or get it welded depending on cost.
