  1. You will need a retune though. Find a good tuner who does touch up tunes.
  2. If it's not the head I reckon you have found it, doesn't have to 'blown'.
  3. Have you checked all the BEM BCM connections wherever it is an a FG. This can stop the dash from working or you might need a new BEM.
  4. These cars live with your power for a long time, it isn't a huge amount especially for e85. Its just the luck of the draw with second hand parts. If the head is cracked just whack on the other one it will be fine and it could just be a 10yr old gasket. You have just been unlucky that's all.
  5. Did you do a run with higher tyre pressure? They are only street tyres.
  6. What coils are they and what plugs did you end up using
  7. Just check those plastic lines from the module that go down the side of tank into the main steel lines while you are there. Also check they are on the right ones as well. When I first got my car the return line was going into the vent (middle) plug in the module.
  8. I had an issue like that once, it ended up being the short fuel line with the module connections on it, had a little kink in it. It was in my return line and once it had a certain pressure in the return it wouldn't flow. I was having those issues with over 1/2 tank of fuel. So I would check those. Also the 460 shouldn't ever draw more than 19 amps so the stock wiring should just be ok. I saw a test with a 460+ and it maxed out at 19 amps as well. Pull the module make sure everything is sitting nicely and nothing has come loose, do you have the black e85 fuel line, did you drill the venturi ? You should be fine with that power with fuel etc if you keep an eye on it under a 1/4
  9. Did you do any mods to the fuel module? What pump is in it again.
  10. PM me an address Puff when you up and running again and I will send it over.
  11. Ah well sh*t happens mate, never to bad when you can fix it yourself. I will send you my turbo fuse if you want it if you still run factory type BOV its just sitting in the shed.
  12. 0-100 2.5 Lets not get to carried away. You can keep with them, when up and running with 500rwhp+ but no chance off the mark.
  13. Nothing wrong with the turbosmart actuator if set up by someone who prefers or uses them regularly. Put another spring in it so its 15psi. Exhaust should be ok but getting close to 3.5 or 4" dump territory. The rest who knows.
  14. Haha buddy at least you are honest enough to post it up you get kudos for that. See this is what happens when you put a bike rider in a decent car...
  15. Puff is the best. I'm on the Puff train
  16. Its your money, I get great service from my tuner who is arguably the best in Australia. I don't think you should be feeling apprehensive about an honest phone call.
  17. It's lazy AF but there happy to take your cash though. My tuner treats every car like it's the only car in the world. Sounds like jet has this attitude as well.
  18. That's not normal I would be checking your turbo, compressor wheel and boost control. Or call the tuner to see if it was happening on the dyno or some other random weirdness. Is it a proper boost gauge or obd2 thing. 8psi even in closed loop
  19. You are doing extremely well Puff, not many people around could do what you have done on their own. You are going to need a bloody hub dyno soon 🙂
  20. Awesome, glad it worked out for ya mate, must go well. Those RRT turbo's go alright hey. Get mine done on 98 again soon and then see what it can do on e85. No hitting the limiter this time mate haha
  21. As in not turn over, battery or starter or associated wiring etc. Or crank angle sensor, oxygen sensor. I can keep going.
  22. What's the best option for a new or used oil pan/sump on a 07 BF XR6T
