Hey Puff, I think I'm keen on this companies set up as well, finally a proper set up, will only be looking for around 500rwkw, same as I can make on e85. Not really an e85 fan with the economy etc and still using the car as a sort of daily. Please lots of pics with the install and stuff cheers

You should of just put the new actuator in and not worried about the port, then taken it to blacktrack. But as we know sh*t happens. Round 2 mods?

If you want a little bit more power then do the headers as well and maybe the cats. The catback wont make any more power but is louder, I would leave both mufflers in so there is no drone and the headers will make it a little bit louder anyway.

If you are staying N/A the extractors and cats are about best thing to change for more power/torque. The rest of the exhaust should be fine, dont go crazy on size.

Torque pro app isnt very accurate sometimes up to 4psi out. You have to set it to a guage and adjust it in the app.

You only need the flapper mod at lower boost levels 8-14 or so. You don't need it with anying above 16 ish but you will need an appropiate actuator at that level 10,12,14 psi spring etc.

Dont really need the dump with that turbo or power level. Anyone with pcmtec can tune it. Some around here might know who is still decent in Sydney area.

Not many ford tuners in Newcastle, BlackTrack is the only one using pcmtec that I know of (its my home town). Some random with a AWD dyno or someone who really knows what they are doing putting a tune in it...

Call BlackTrack performance and see what they can do, they should know where to go either way.

You will need a bypass system with a cooler and fan. It won't be making 400rwkw on 98 with a pulsar gtx. What month was it built? You want it from May 2006 on to have the typhoon engine or upgrade if you want to call it that. Nothing wrong with a decent daily but maintenance is a constant.

Run the power up off the back of cig lighter socket you might have to remove the inserts around the transmission interior so you can pull that section out underneath the radio etc.

Go to Forced Performance at Toowoomba and never worry again. Pay the money and know your in on a good thing with lots of support and expertise. Follow up tunes are much cheaper.
