Thanks Gaz - you could be right - Im thinking the crankshaft might not be running true - worn bearings - but I thought these engines where bulletproof

Hi - wondering if anyone has had a similar problem and how you fixed it. BF XR6T no mods 250,000 Ks Leaking from rear main seal - seal changed still leaking. Used after market seal - replaced with genuine Ford seal - still leaking. Fitted sleeve - still leaking. Takes about one day of not being used for leak to start - leaks about 10ml of oil per day - no other leaks. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
