the ute has a bf tornado engine only 83,000kms on engine if that changes things thanks for the advice

bit of everything to be honest... needs to be able to drive open road good but I also would like to see what times I can get out of it as I was going to try it out before the t5z sh*t itself

hey guys now I bought a xr6 turbo ute a while ago and it was running great made 333.3rwkw with a t5z till the gearbox let go now ive been looking for a t56 for a while and they seem to be same price as a zf6 speed or I could go a powerglide possibly... im after something that can handle a fair bit of abuse and still drive it on the weekends... its already been tuned ect as a manual would it be a better idea to run with a t56 or should I go for a one of the other options as im after alot of reliability... any advice or input would be great and appreciated cheers

hi there im running a bf tornado motor pump injectors dump full system and a bigger cooler standard piping 340rwkws running a single plate clutch but I would prob go bigger if u plan to drag alot ect

hey guys now my 5 speed manual is not holding up at all its whining at 2 grand onwards 333rwkw wouldnt help now if I change it to 6 speed would I need to change anything like loom pedals ect and would I have to get the car re tuned at all or would it be a simple swap over and put a bigger clutch in it.....

yea cooler is a bit cheaper than most but its a better upgrade than a standard xr6 turbo one if I left it would I still achieve 350kw cause that would be great but if I need to buy a more expensive one to achieve it I might consider it cheers for the info btw

yea getting plazmaman springs and bosh 698 injectors and walbro gss340 fuel pump on the way atm already got 4inch dump cat and 3.5inch exhaust with a monza cooler and an induction kit just after 300 and im happy will I need a wastegate actuator or will it be fine?

hey guys new to xr6 turbos but ive got a ba xr6 turbo ute with bf tornado engine monza intercooler looking at running 42lb injectors walbro pump springs dump pipe cat and 3.5 exhaust will this get me in the 300kw bracket cheers

hi there im new to the xr6 turbo scene I got a ba xr6 turbo ute bf f6 tornado engine(F6) manual it pulls hard till 4500rpm then wont go any more and after u back off it misses and carrys on it has a dump pipe full exhaust cold air intake and apperently it might be running the xr6 turbo ecu instead of the f6 >.< I changed the coil packs all new now still seems thhe same im thinking plug gapping or it needs a major tune
