  1. That's a pretty big gain. What about long term engine damage? Has been know to do some damage to the parts over time. Haha I thought you meant do some shock works... Hadn't heard of that brand before. Roughly how much for front and rear would I expect today?

  3. Thanks Guys. Does the e85 make that much of difference? I currently use VPower and was thinking about the e85 but not sure on it... I know the V8s use it but the engines are built to run it properly. With the shocks, do you mean just lowering it or?
  4. Hi all, My first time posting here, so I hope I have put this into the right place. I bought a 09 FG XR6T late last year and are loving it. I worked with the boys at Herrods and have done a few upgrades. Herrod FG Air Box100ib injectorsHerrod FG Cat converterSCTFlash tune, Engine and Transmission.She is currently putting out 305rwkw @ 194kph and 783nm@118kph. So she's moving but like all motor heads... we can get a little more. I plan to put in a PWR stepped intercooler (I know that wont get me more power but is for better cooling), replacing all the piping and upgrading the brakes. Im not wanting to replace the turbo but what other upgrades do you guys think that I should look at? I believe that the stock turbo can handle a little more? This may seem like a silly questions but the back is very happy with 'Spirited driving' (which I really don't to a lot of as I love my car to much and I'm not 1 for doing it on public roads), is there a good way to try and bring that a bit more under control. Thanks in advance.
