Just to add it was abut 34deg in the dyno cell when it got tuned

F6 injectors the blue 42lbs,tuner claims valve float at 17psi so backed it off to 14.8psi. Annnnd it actually lost torque and power down low according to the sheet, just slightly and hard to tell just from 'seat of the pants' but the graph don't lie! On his dyno he hasn't seen a fg make more than 210-215 stock. I'll have to run it and see mph

Nice work I had done near identical mods, added fuel pump, intercooler I just put on an F6 cooler for ease and price... was on a budget of 2K including tune. 211 to 270rwkw/565nm at wheel. All up cost me just under 1800 inc tune and having injectors cleaned and flowed tested. 60 rwkw gain for 1800. Try that with an SS haha

Results are in... 270 RwkW / 565nm at 4700rpm Made 211kw stock.

im in central qld, Bundaberg... a local tuner here. The only one, but gets good results from all makes and models. I'd be happy with around 270. Dynos vary a bit so im keen to see the mph on track.

54k I knew the previous owner, babied it. Couldve gone a bigger cooler etc, but ive stuck to my budget of 2k.

Valve springs a potential issue at that boost level on the FGs?

G6Et. yes tuna did mention that will come back to 12psi in the top. Told to expect around 250-270rwkW?

Gday all, Recently finished collecting parts for my daily driver - f6 intercooler, alloy pipe kit, 440cc injectors, bolt on venom cat pipe, 255l walbro, earls oil line, kn panel filter w/ airbox mod. Tuner advised be comfortable tuning the car up to 16-17psi on 98 optimax? Annnnnd Go.....

Lol I also came from a 99 RS4 Neo Stagea > G6Et. Bit of an improvement performance wise - fuel economy, not so much.

Hi Guys, Just a quick question - has anyone had anything to do with the Ebay seller PerformanceWorld1? Looking at their Bosch 440cc Injectors that are a direct fit for fg xr6/g6E etc. Genuine? Anybody that can confirm as pictures are not detailed enough and cannot be enlarged which rings alarm bells for me. Cheers in advance !

Sorry to hijack but has anyone used the 440cc bosch Inj, the blue ones? Im looking at similar mods for 250 - 300 wheel kW, with F6 cooler, piping kit, Hi flow cat and flash tune? Any help?
