    Next Vic Cruise

Sounds like a good cruise! I'd be in,hoping its after April 23 as I get off my p's and can take the T out then!
  7. Alright I've done some research, these rims were never made in 10s. They're 20x9.5 with a +35 offset(rears). The bloke from the tyre shop reckons they need an alignment, check camber and toe. On sssl will they clear the guards when right? I'd rather not pump if I don't have to
  8. I'll grab a pic tomorrow mate. The real issue is that they don't sit the same on either side. Drivers hits the guard(regardless if its just me in the car or two people) and the passenger side doesn't hit at all. The drivers side sits like 3-5mm further out. I'm looking into pumping the guards around 5-10mm to solve the problem but its always going to bug me that they don't sit the same :S
  9. Hey guys, sorry if this is a stupid question but I'm a bit new to this! Just had my fg xr6t lowered and new rims, I've gone ssl front and sssl rears. Front tyres are 20x8.5 with no issues. Rears are 20x10(so I was told) but from what I read this particular wheel is 20x9.5. Tyres are 275/30/r20. I believe the offset is +45 from what I can find out. My problem is they're so close to the guard and the rear drivers side scrubs on bumps but the passenger side doesn't. Also the drivers side rear seems to sit out more than the passenger side one? Is this a camber issue? An issue with the car or are these wheels just never going to fit right? Thanks

    New Members Thread

Hey guys, names Mark and I just picked myself up an 09 fg xr6t in silhouette and I'm a real noob when it comes to forced induction so any help is appreciated! The plans are to do the usual visual mods and mechanically just an intake and exhaust(just gotta work out what's best) hoping for around the 300rwkw mark which should be easy enough. Cheers
