Ive decided.. after much thought and discussions.. Im staying Acid Rush. I think this colour looked really good at the show and will be just as nice as say the blueprint when actually on the road. Im looking forward to it.. gets built this friday! YIPPEEEE :D

To tell the truth went to the motor show today and I thought the Acid Rush was nice.. Still not sure if its my cup of tea though. But photos of it cannot do justification. I felt the same way with the new green on the GT. Photos cannot truly show how the colour looks. I think Acid Rush will be a popular colour. Its a shame thought its not exclusive to the XR series.

I agree that the Ford's havent had as much exposure or marketing drive with the media as Holden does.. it would be interesting to know why..

Im really thinking about changing my colour to something else eg Blueprint. I dont think im going to be too happy with the Acid Rush. Though Ill know a bit better after going to the motor show tomorrow. Ill be sure to post the photos when i get back! :D

Im really having second thoughts about choosing Acid Rush as the colour of the car. Even though I havent seen it yet on a full car im scared that it isnt going to look like I think it is.. What colours have you guys picked if you are getting one. And if you have seen the Acid Rush please give me your honest expectation of what you think.. :o

I actually heard from a Ford employee yesterday that he had driven a Manual XR6T and an automatic and he said he would prefer the manual over the automatic anyday. He said the Manual was alot "smoother" then the Auto.

Why do you need stopping power like that? I think im Sydney conditions you wouldnt need to have high performance brakes unless you were going to be racing all the time...

Hi Graham, Unfortunately it isnt.. I created it with Photoshop and adjusted the colour. The new Phantom colour is alot darker like a really dark purple. Ahh well maybe one day ford will release some of these colours.. :D

I cant see the justification in spending $800 for a steering wheel that looks like that. Its nothing special.

Here are some wallpapers for you guys of stuff that ive done in photoshop. The Phantom colour on the ute ad looks really dark. Like a dark purple. I wish they had made a ligher one.

The purple in the top left hand side doesnt exist.. just something I whipped up in photoshop.. neither does the orange on the main page. :D
