Straight through to the sidewall belt! When I picked the car up (3-4 weeks ago) I went straight to the servo because the tyres didn't look great. They only had 29-30psi in them, not sure how long he was running them at that pressure but I am convinced that's when the damage was done. I was told that they should be running 40psi minimum!

Just recently I noticed that I had some slight shudder at ~80kms. I pulled over at the servo and checked my tyres, at this point I found some slight bubbles on the outside edge of my front drivers rim. Long story short, went into Blairs Tyres and got the front tyres replaced. What shocked us though was the damage on the other side. See the picture below. The damage continued around half the tyre. This is a 245/30R20 Achilles Tyre.

So got the chance to pick the ute up today. Everything seems to be great so far, usually rattles but other than that pretty happy with it! I think worm is all the ball though, the rear tyres are 275/30R20 and the fronts 245/25R20 (Pretty sure it was 25). Either way, I am actually thinking I will go down to a 19" rim so I can have a little bit more meat on the tyres. Not sure what sort of price I should be thinking about putting these up for though - any suggestions?

Pick up is today. I will confirm the sizes and see what I come back with!

Found this image of it in the mean time. The specs on the wheels are 20x10.5 up front (coilovers to clear) and 20x12 on the rear. Unsure of offsets and tyre sizes.

Was meant to pick it up today but had a couple of financial glitches so pickup is tomorrow. Then I will get some pics up!

The guy had it up for 20k for ages but on the side of the road. Then dropped it to 18k. Finally needed others gone and it went up on carsales for 16.5k! Got onto it the day it went on :-) Drives perfect, no weird noises and very smooth, pretty immaculate too. The bloke also seemed genuine so hopefully it's all good :-)

Hi Everyone, Just thought I would pop in and say hi, this week coming I pick up a 2006 BF2 XR6T Ute! After searching around for ages, even looking at an XLS and XR6, I come across a XR6T for a killer price - $16,000. It is the magnet edition, with prestige sound, leather, 6 speed manual, SS Induction, 20" rims (20x12 on the rear!) and best of all - only 70,000kms! Anyway, looking forward to hanging around here and hopefully jump in on a few car cruises! When I pick up the ute I will get some piccies up! Also have a 3" catback exhaust system that is being thrown in with the sale, let the mods begin :D Cheers!
