Hi guys. Recently snapped a bolt trying to take my exhaust off and need to replace it. Need to get them today and an just wondering if anyone knows what size the orig's are? Also thinking I might drill out the holes and put but and bolts through... Any ideas on Wat type or Wat I can do to prevent them from getting loose?

Yea blocked cat is the next thing I am going to look at. Checked all exhaust manifold bolts but found nothing

Not tapper or pulley. only happens when boosting

Yea I've checked the turbo itself. Spins fine and no play in shaft. Doesn't do it constantly only when warming up. Also checked for boost leaks but came up with nothing.

Hi guys first time poster... Have a ba xr6 turbo '05 When car is still cold, I get a ticking noise coming from my turbo (I think). Once car is warm, it disappears. I researched this and thought it was loose bolts on the turbo- checked but found nothing. Was hopin some one could describe which bolts they are, or if that even is the problem. I am also havin a boost problem. Turbo is going, but not getting the power I thought I would. Had a mate take it for a spin and said feels like I'm getting no boost at all. Would appreciate some good advice Thanks guys

Fg turbos had manufacturing fault... Mate flogged his shaft and bearing and was told it was manufacture fault. Was heavily mod'd so wouldn't be able to claim. Ended up buying aftermarket turbo with bigger waste gate/exhaust manifold ended up getting more boost at lower psi
