Put the battleax back on the front their fine. If your scraping the pegs with a worn front tyre youll be scraping your knee and elboe with a new one. Ha Ha

I have michelin pilot road tyres on my bike aswell and their great for wear and grip but can be a bit slippery when cold others you could try are dunlop 404, pirelli angel gt, pirelli mt66, dunlop q2, michelin commander 2, bridgestone exedra max. all good tyres. Only advice I will give is make sure you get a matching set front to back. If you havnt bought motorcycle road tyres before your in for a nasty surprise on the cost. Yoy wont get much change out of 550 for the pair of the michelin pilots. Cheers.

Cant speak for presant day but in 2011 my dealer told me after 2 months of waiting that ford had received the order but the order hadnt been sent down to the production line. In your case with so many companys going broke it could be a part supply problem.

Its been going on for years in 2011 I ordered mine on the 25th of may it was delivered on the 5th of august 2011.

Its not a straight six so wont get eccepted on this forum.
