Im not sure. I have only dealt with him in regards to new coil packs and I must say he was good. But a bloke I know said he has messed alot of cars up. In saying that, its the only bad word I have heard about him.

I only know of blacktrack mate. And not 100% sure he is around anymore, there was a rumour that he screwed too many cars over. If I was u I would take it to sydney (tunehouse, cms, etc.) ----------------------------------------------------- Btw im a Kurri boy, im keen for a meet/cruise sometime.

Hmmm, so it is possible to get it in the mail. A few kms before hand I passed another hwy patrol doing about 8km over. He didnt even bat an eyelid. Fingers crossed I have been let go with a warning :/

Had a cop (highway patrol) flash me and point at me this arvo. Was doing roughly 95 in a 80 zone. Just wondering if he has to physically pull me over to book me, or can I recieve a ticket in the mail? Cheers.

I had a n/a xr6 with standard sway bars in, then went to my T with whitelines in when I bought it. And I must say it handles probably 80-90% better than standard. As goliath says they have eliminated ALOT of body roll and everything feels heaps tighter.

Took me a good 2-3 hrs to fit my oil feed. I agree, 15-20 tops it I had to do it again >.>

Mines manual impellor... I love hearing the crackle on gear changes too. I hope mine gets smoother soon, havent noticed anything as of yet (although havent thought to feel for it tbh)

Cheers bellato, to be honest its actually gotten quieter since I got it done. It doesnt sound too bad now, cant complain at the moment, still sounds great at idle too

If I havent got the colour wrong, its the really light sandy colour? I would imagine it would be great with dust and dirt being that shade of colour. -
Thanks impellor, I cant say I see better performance though (posibly got something to do with this heat wave going through, car runs like a heap of garbage in the heat)

I got my car back from smash repairers with worse orange peel than factory. Go figure....

Yeh. Utes give a different note and sound slightly different apparently. Update: mate says sounds like commy :( lol.

Yeah I know what your saying. It didnt sound that bad outside the car. But in the cabin you get a bad drone between 2000-2500 rpm that you can feel in the footwell and thru the seats. that's my only complaint. Other than that, it sounds sweet. Slowly gettin used to it now

Well. What can I say the thing is damn loud, we ended up not putting any hotdogs in because it sounded good enough on the hoist. But now just above 2000rpm its almost deffening to your ears inside the cab! Will hotdogs fix this?

Damned cops, lol. If it really makes that much of a diff to the note and I dont like it, il just chop em out and put straight throughs in using my boilermaking skills :D

Yeah we thought about that, and thought for $40 each it makes the note deeper and keeps the cops happy.

Yeah, that pre made bit looks the goods, but its. Pricey, $275. Or theres a redback cat back on ebay for $400 inc shipping. Not sure what way to go, I reckon the rear pipes would sound sweet. Well went to carline mufflers today and the guy was really helpful and took alot of time to explain my options, getting rear removed and replaced with 2 hotdogs. Not flanged though. Cost will be $195.

Well just got in contact with the guy and only quoted on one pipe and not two. The price went from $125 to $240. Im like wth? And he said the first quote was for one pipe this one is for two pipes, so double the price. And to add to the anoyance, he was going to chop my muffler out and weld pipes in, nog flange it. So I said forget it, and walked out. Now im tempted to buy pre made pipes and be done with it, since all the prices around where I live are about the same price as this...

Cheers goliath. I had the idea that it wouldnt matter so much being a stock system. But would like him to mandrel bend it just for strength and the fact that there is not a heap of welds up the exhaust.
