  1. F6 police tune did help, wasn't far from where my tuner got it, though it has helped, going pcm tech tunes now, theve helped out a lot with the troubleshoot side of things, kudos..

Hey all, so my BF Mk2T Has recently come into some problems, have upgraded her with the following.. 60pd injectors IWG75 wastegate 12psi spring Custom exhaust including dump pipe Big intercooler compared to stock All upgraded wiring to FG including to gearbox After market ball bearing core from hypergear. Was in a hurry Tailshaft recently rebuilt and modded PCMtech tune - wanted 15psi, wanted to run 18psi, redid thr head to cope 25mm turbosmart Bov dualport Race oil pump ARP headbolts Race valve spring kit Waterpump, powersteering and all new bits in the front All rear end done bushes wise She's flaring 2nd to 3rd, we're about to flash an F6 BF tune into it to see if it sorts the flare issues, we never had a problem before this, looks like we may have capped 800nm..wondering f if anyone has had a similar issue and knows an out! She's had 225k on thr clock now as well, never had an issue with the box before this, think she's running 330kw at thr wheels, but never dynoed!

Hey all, giving the old beast a freshen up, was drunk and brought an eboost2 and an iwg75 12psi one night, currently getting installed with a flapper mod by a mate who has a fair idea in tuning these things, have had a ball bearing centre installed plus getting the 60pdr injectors, plus bigger fuel pump and bigger cooler,gearbox has the after market cooler on it as well, he's a good tuner, just wondering if there's anything to expect like preload on the IWG75 and so on as it has the 12psi setting on it, appreciate the help of u have thr time. It's a zf as well if that helps.. Mate said the eboost2 was a waste as the pre loaded tunes you can do are heaps better and easier, though for an boost gauge should I still stick it in 😂
  5. Def changing with power, when on it as such.... On light throttle cannot tell difference.. Would say severe, when going changing gear OK on light throttle, then go to down change to give it severe so backing off.. As said box is doing its thang, just the vibrations.. It kicks down OK, it's just the revs where it starts to go to sh*te.. Go on smooth it feels like it builds vibration, diff? She's been flogged for at least 200k..
  6. Hey, got a stock BF2 Turbo with the zf, about 224k old, recently rebuilt the turbo with a ball bearing centre. Love it. Sheared the middle of the tailshaft mid 2nd gear after coming out of a corner into a 100 zone, was giving it a fair poke.. broke in the centre, went bang bang underneath, I have sheared a tailshaft on my old starion so into neutral quickly and stopped, my local guy got the tailshaft rebuilt with a few heavier items and bigger rubbers toward the gearbox (?), when I got her back had a turbo noise which turned out to be a couple of broken brackets around the mouth of the turbo, fixed, then first ride out everything kind of normal, well babying it a bit, went to overtake a car at 80kph and dropped it, vibrations. So either a unbalanced tailshaft or diff, have any of you come across this before before I send her back to the shop?? Gearbox operates fine, so don't think it's an issue...
