  1. Yeah I’m not talking about power levels, I’m talking pressure. The 450 flows so much fuel that the stock reg return becomes a bottle neck and you’ll see pressures around 100 psi not 58
  2. Stock regulator with a 450 will not be able to return the excess fuel to the tank fast enough and then the pressure will go through the roof.
  3. You need a hand like a child with the strength of a gorilla!
  4. Yeah maybe I was lucky, I never read anywhere where it said to have 1/2 tank or less so I just parked it up and changed it out. When I could see the fuel level just below the opening I assumed it was close to full so it appears I was closer to 1/4 than full based on the shape of the tank.
  5. That may be so but I encountered no issues changing out my module with a full tank. I’m still struggling to understand why it would be an issue.
  6. I’m not sure why, it’s a tank and the module comes out through an opening in the top. As you can see from my picture my tank was close to full and nothing happened. Disconnected the lines and pulled it out, fitted new module and reconnected the lines and no issues.
  7. I swapped out my fuel module in my FG F6 with well over 3/4 of a tank and nothing happened.
  8. Unless I read the OP incorrectly, doesn’t he just want to replace the pump? You can do that with any amount of fuel in the tank.
  9. Wastegate stuck open maybe?
  10. If you’ve gone the full exhaust with dump pipe and you want to achieve more boost (ie 14 psi) then you’ll need to change out your actuator and get your wastegate ported.
  11. Avoid injectors that come with an adapter (two piece). Get ones that are the correct length and that are flow matched. Also see if you can get ones that don’t require an electrical adapter as well but most do.
  12. The module can also be fitted in about 15 minutes, easy as.
  13. It’s loud for about 2.5 seconds while it primes and then after that quiet.
