    How did you get the fog light surrounds like this? PlastiDip? And what wheels are these?

  3. Hi K31th, Thanks for the fast reply. I bought some Polk DB6502's. I have a FG2 Ute with Prem Sound, so the tweeters on the A pillar. I can mount the tweeters and woofers fine but im just not sure what wires to use as the input into the crossover (little box which the woofer and tweeter plugs into). Do I use the wires in the door which are going to the woofer as the crossover input? If so, then I run wires from the crossover out the door back up to the tweeter? Or is there an easier way so I don't have to go passing any new wires through the door grommet?

  6. Maybe it could be your posture that contributes a little, I've noticed that when I slouch my gut sticks out more as when I stand up straight.
  7. I am pretty lucky up here in our gym we have a few guys who have won state and national powerlifting records. So 210 is pretty ordinary in my eyes haha. If you google or youtube Odell Manuel you will see a guy who used to train at our gym. We also have a guy competing in 5 weeks time going for his Pro Card at IFBB Australiasia Championships I believe it is. And I am 13 weeks out from the INBA Brisbane Classic in May, can't wait. Still not sure how heavy deads give a thickened waste, many top pro bodybuilders do them including the famous Ronnie Coleman. A quick search of youtube will show this.
  8. Not sure what you mean by thickened waste? Bigger glutes and hams? I deadlift 210kgs but I have a 30inch waste on stage.

  10. It's not that bad anymore with supps like Scivation Xtend which have instantised BCAA's and are flavoured. If you think that is bad try taking some with Glutamine L Carnitine and Musashi Red first thing in the morning, it can be like drinking flavoured sand! What are you currently doing? You MUST do deadlifts if you want a strong and thick back. Stiff leg deads are also good after a heavy squat session for a stretch and light lower back workout. Chest, some different excersizes - incline bench cable fly, standing cable fly, smith machine incline press. smith machine decline press etc etc.
  11. Fordfreak don't forget to take some carbohydrates with the Humapro, this will raise your insulin and put glycogen back into muscles. Also, I have yet to try Humapro but Pazzo what do you think of Scivation Xtend? The only reason I mention it is because it has Glutamine in it which I find helps with dieting to get ripped for comps. I also like ALR Chain'd Reaction, mixed with the Xtend, Rice Syrup solids (Chain'd Reaction) seem to work really well, the pump is unbelievable!. Just remember guys anyone can bulk up and put on alot of fat and a bit of muscle, this is not difficult! The difficult part is dieting and getting ripped without losing too much of that hard earned muscle! If you having trouble gaining weight you have to remember that you must keep food up to you constantly, this means having no more then 2.5 hours between meals. Also, you will probably not be able to eat all of Pazzo's diet when you first start, you have to work your way up! Your stomach will slowly stretch and after a while you will be able to consume larger amounts of food! If you are hard gainer I also recommend getting onto Micellar Casein, this type of protein is best for hard gainers! When I was 59kg I was getting the best results from Universal Nutrition Real Gains. It really is a good shake. Work your way up to a full serve before bed and have another one 2 hours before your workout.

  13. I got brand new slotted DBA4000 rotors on the front with Remsa pads which have the shim on the back and I still get alot of squeal
  14. Animal I have Become - Three Days Grace... Eminem - Loose Yourself there are heaps of others.... I find pure aggression doesnt get me there, a bit of passion usually gives me the more intense workouts and results in awesome pumps! Also, give the car some curry on the way to the gym also helps.
