  1. Two rare people in this world who 100% stand by their products.. Brad from Atomic and Kevin from Process West. IMO the best in the business. Rest easy, If there's a prob, Brad will fix it.

    Turbo Gone

I've just replaced mine for the same reason. When I pulled it off (the turbo...) I found it had been rubbing on the exhaust housing. It didn't feel too bad and only sounded rough when slowing down after I turned the car off. I ended up needing a complete turbo, housings and all. Hope yours fairs better.
  3. My steering wheel vibrated a lot at around 80km/h. I had the wheels balanced, wheel alignment done, put the stock 17's back on and nothing altered it. I had replaced a drive shaft previously (and swapped to a 4.1 diff) and in desperation rotated the tailshaft one bolt hole on the diff flange...Presto vibration gone. It's not hard to do and only takes 10 mins one the car's jacked up.

    .70

I had the same prob. Had to make a bracket to suit.
  5. I think it will be pretty average. I was in the audience for this a few weeks back. If sexism is waining, think again. We rushed to get front row standing possies but the boffins ushered big boobed babes with low cut tops in front of us. That'll be the highlight.
  6. An e-boost will allow 6 different boost levels to be adjusted from in the car.
  7. I've got a Mal Wood shifter and can't fault it. I've had a few runs down the strip and very rarely have I missed a gear. The worst I've done is go from second to fifth once or maybe twice in around 30 passes. I had a 4.1 diff in it at one stage and even needed to grab fifth before the line. As for normal driving it's perfect.
  8. That new Mal Wood box is a bargain. I paid 2 grand more than that 2 1/2 years ago. I wouldn't bother with a s/h one.
  9. spewin. Panel beaters are pretty good now a days. The equipment they've got get's a bent chassis back to being as good as new.
  10. Definitely not. I had my battery disconnected for 4 months and it was fine when I reconnected it. That's an Eboost 2 though.
  11. Bet you're relieved? Well done. It sounds like a big job?
  12. My personal opinion on some young people being invincible in cars is partly due to video games. I believe they get the preception that they crash a car and it re-appears seconds later all good and undamaged in the game and that applies in real life too. Laugh all you like but I'm sure it contributes during their brain fade actions before a crash.
