(end time 14-Jan-10 00:46:11 AEDST) not to worry thou... I worked out why its being a bastard... I cut the REM wire from the mobile phone jack to connect it up to an aftermarket amp a few months back... I can only assume that's my problem... (I cant re-connect this wire, I assume I'd never need the rem wire again so I doubt ill be able to reconnect it with how short I cut the wire away from the socket..)

I got the $90 one off ebay that had free postage. Quality is brilliant... but only when the engine isnt running... I still get that really really annoying engine whine when the engine is running... Its worse than the whine I had coming from the 25 dollar ebay cable I brought a few months back... Any fixes without me having to buy another cable cos its sh*tting me to no end...

Hey all, So I've had the door trim off my '04 T (as I'm 1/4 way through installing new sound) and we've had a crap load of rain over here in Adelaide the past few days. Anyway I have noticed that there is quite a bit of water getting through the door and puddling down the base of the door inside the frame and also soaking the rubber that's between the door trim and door frame. Ive placed the speakers in place and as they are obviously substantially bigger than the standards, they will be pushing against the rubber so therefore will be soaking the speaker... Is slightly worring as I have just brought myself $500 bucks worth of focal speakers and dont want them ruined by water damage. So anyways, assistance required: Has it happened to anyone else? How can I fix it? Ta Muchly, Wayne

Hey all, So I recently got myself an 04 XR6T, Auto, Envy, 90000k's, Premium Sound, for $18k - absolutly loving it... I'm from South Australia and am on my P's. But I'm often over in Melbourne. I assume I could, but I still thought I'd ask just in case; Can I still drive my car in Victoria/elsewhere throughout Australia with their P-Plater restrictions??

Hey All, Recently purchased an 04 XR6T and I'm wanting to do something like this to it. I think I've got my head around everything on the audio details for installation. But is there an installation guide with pictures of the RGB converter side of things? I've looked but cant seem to find it.. Thanks!
