I have recently replaced my old damaged turbo ba auto engine loom, with a n/a loom. I now know that boost control is effected by doing this. Could anyone help out by informing me if I can splice a extra wire to the boost soleniod in order to gain command of boost? Or do I have to replace the whole loom again? Have just purchased '03 xr6t ute tray back, and discovered that it has a broken driver side engine mount and the engine is dipping down on this side. Could any one please give me advise on the job of replacing the mount? I have already purchased a good second hand mount(same as V8 mount with the strap), do I just jack that side of the motor up and undo all bolts in/ out? It's a bit tight with no hoist! Just took my car to Mick, at Pitlane Auto, standard 2005 mdl Typhoon man, bocsh 968 42lb injectors, k and n filter, plugs, thermo-stat + tune and got power of 294 rwkw. Car is running sweet, but standard bov diaphragm has slit in it. Have blanked it off but wondering if any one has a standard bov for sale?

I am purchasing a new car and would like to know the year/ date that Ford started putting the stronger rods in XR6T's? Thanks for any help.
