aftermarket ECU's might be "easy to tune" but are difficult to integrate with the stock system on modern Falcon's. Testament to this fact is the huge percentage of unsuccessful attempts at such a feat. But if you're willing to put in the time and effort, I'm sure you'll be successful good luck.

check for white powdery stuff on the coils themselves. switch coils around to see if the cadence of the miss changes - if it doesn't then it might be the wiring/coil driver (something you'll want to get Mick to have a look at) - if it does change then it's whichever coil you just moved

If it's not timing or plugs, then it's probably coils.
