I'm not 100% sure on this, but it would make sense based on the boost numbers for OEM vehicles...
On the FG turbocharger it's a 7psi actuator. BA/BF it's a 4psi one (unless F6, then I think it's 7psi again).
One of the chooners could chime in with the specifics, but I think that's close enough...
If you have access to a compressor to connect to your OEM actuator, you could find out how much pressure it takes to open it
