so I got bored and as im rebuilding the old pc as well as the 9900k tomorrow I thought id use some time to trick up the Phantek Enthoo and give the 7800x some new life. Looks alright in white and will be good with some RGB goodness first coat. black you see around the edge is actually the foam the glass sits on so im not worried about it as the glass on the enthoo is black bordered anyway

I played Witcher 3 with it on and while it seems to be smoother, there is screen tearing occasionally that wasn't there before. I can't remember exactly how many fps it was running before but I think it was about 90 or so with the settings cranked. Monitor is 144Hz. Also the monitor isn't officially supported, xl2730z Benq.

That's almost exactly how you would check for cv's and wheel nuts. Reverse and drive a bunch times. Everything I suggested makes clicking sounds under the conditions of the original post and all of them can be checked in the space of a few minutes with the reverse to drive method. Sure it could also be the flex plate but there are easier things to rule out first. But hey wtf would I know right?!

Recently made a few changes to the car. Now running a gtx4202 turbo, 6boost manifold, 60mm external gate, jonny tig 1800hp intercooler, walbro 460, surge tank with twin 044s, fpr1200, billet rail, 2000cc injectors, 4" into 3.5" exhaust, valve springs and billet oil pump gears. Car made 495rwkw on e85 with a 2 speed powerglide. Tuned by Dyno-Mite Performance. Previously had a 3582 with 66mm wheel, 0.7 cover and 44mm external gate. Made 430rwkw and ran 10.36@134mph. Sometime within the year I'll head out to the track and see how it all goes ?
