  13. No offence taken at all, we are all entitled to an opinion, Death Sentence was probably a bit harsh on my behalf but was probably driven a little by emotion when typing that but to be honest I don't know what the answer is in all cases, It cost's a fortune to keep somebody locked up for life. But in a case like this where the guy has admitted to the same crime several times we need to act harshly I would be pissed off if my wife was charged, and found guilty and put to death for a crime she did not commit, but I think I would be worse if I found she had been killed by a repeat offender that has done a little time for the same offence. I think it's one of those things that will never be a clear answer, but I do believe courts are too lenient in a lot of cases

  17. So much better to buy something already done, get the motor checked before purchasing by a reputable workshop, even throw it on the dyno to check the tune that's in it. If he wants to sell it he wont have any hesitation if he has nothing to hide. I'd definately get it for that price, pity its a manual.

  18. As said already take it for a drive, you might find you don't like that much power, especially if you're only thinking of having a lot less power than this one, can't know but yeah you would want to know that you don't mind how mental to drive this might be. Have to weigh up if it'll be a daily and how it drives for what you want it for. Probably be a wicked beast but you have to know what you're getting yourself into. If it works out it'll be unreal, so long as its not 60k kms at wot lol

  27. This isnt real, but its pretty damn close lol. Early fog will lift for a fine and sunny morning, with occasional thunderstorms. A hot, fine afternoon is expected later, followed by hail. It will then be sunny again. Probably. Yep, its Melbourne in summer. Winds north to north westerly, 10 to 15 knots incresing to 30 knots by mid afternoon then back down to nothing. Then 40 knots. Then nothing again...Waves of 0.5m to 1m are expected, although doubtful, given Port Phillip Bay is normally as flat as a pancake - when it's not violently choppy and blowing a gale.

  33. For serial offenders that have committed heinous crimes, and been in jail for them at least a couple of times and is let out, commit murder or another murder and is found guilty without a doubt that they did it, yes I believe they should pay with their own life, this would also deter or make people at least think of the severe consequences of their actions, I am a huge believer in an eye for an eye, and I'm sure most parents would agree if it is their child that was murdered by a violent repeat offender. The death penalty shouldn't be taken lightly, if it is conclusive that they did it, and every bit of evidence points to them that they did it, then it should be applied. If there is any doubt that they may not have committed the offence then no it should not be applied.

  35. It comes down to how much you want it.. There is ALWAYS time for the gym or to prepare your meals. But what are you willing to sacrifice for it? Most days I'm up at 6, work until 5, straight to the gym home by 7, cook my dinner and meals for the following day and ready to chill by 830. In bed by 10 and do it all again. I'm fortunate that I'm single, don't have kids and can pretty much do what I want with my time so apart from staying off the booze mid week I don't sacrifice a lot. If I wasn't going to the gym I would come straight home and watch TV or play Xbox. That doesn't help me at all lol

  38. Mates gf has a new golf gti and it has more rattles than his yr old Bogan special , so much for vw build quality, and it was manufactured in Germany. It also dropped all its oil by 12,000kms and the turbo lag drives him nuts at traffic lights and taking off. One car isn't enough to guage a whole range but its enough to turn ppl off, any car can have problems though. I think it'll partly be nostalgia that everyone will be sad that the falcon isn't made in Australia, we all grew up with it and its familiar.

  41. I really respect you ratter, I would bring my car to you in an instant if I lived in Victoria so don't take it the wrong way, but I will never support the Death Penalty for any crime. There have been too many people already sentenced to death and found innocent at a later date and a large number on death row found innocent luckily for them before the sentence was carried out. It is never OK to kill even a single innocent person. Only recently (as in several months ago) I read of a black man in the US who had been pardoned while on death row. He had been sentenced to death around 20 years ago at the age of 17. He was found guilty or raping and murdering two prostitutes. The entire time he maintained his innocence. An elderly white man living nearby had a guilty conscience and admitted his crimes on his deathbed including the location of a third victim. Now, you can say the guy was targeted because he was black and lived on the streets (which he probably was, back then it must have been the black guy right?) and that times have changed but that doesn't mean it won't happen again. I agree the cost is an issue, but as above, how would you feel if your wife/girlfriend was wrongly sentenced to death and found innocent after she was dead? I know things like child rape and serial killers are huge crimes but, and the next two paragraphs will undoubtedly be controversial, I think a lot of people become emotionally involved in these cases and this is what drives the desire for death penalties. If a Judge sentences a person to death who is later found innocent, would you find it acceptable to then sentence the judge to death for murder? If yes, how likely is it then that anyone would be sentenced to death? If no, why should there be no penalty for that particular form of killing? For those outside NSW, you may not be familiar with it, but earlier in the year, a young Brazilian man was killed by a combination of excessive tazering and asphyxiation by multiple police officers. At no point did he pose a threat to anyone other than himself (he was tazered from behind) I firmly believe at least the primary offender should be charged with manslaughter for his death. Why should police and judges be indemnified for killing someone? Everyone has opinions and this is just mine and my reasoning. Anyone else care to share?

  42. Lol so many next generation little kunts that need it given to them.. Like yesterday the traffic was backed up just near a Safeway. Was up to where the entrance/exit was. Leave a gap so any other motorist from the other way wants to get in. Another car is leaving and wants to jump in that gap while traffic is about to take back off again. Nope...this rude p plates didn't want it to happen. Lunged forward and wanted to cut him off. Where is the farkin courtesy these days?! Onestaino <3 bananas car..surely u can let one car in. Not like it's a dozen... Just little things like that on the road piss me off heaps
