well, you don't drain it unless you're a servicing the A/C and if it's blocked, you've got other concerns of a non-sealed system (like it's supposed to be) that probably needs pipes replaced etc at the source of the un-sealing.

Don't be a pelican k31th, yea the AC is sealed, but that has nothing to do with the drain.
He'd be talking about the condensate drain from the evap tray. Usually drops out above the gearbox.

A cable tie or price of wire can be pushed up it from under the car to clear the drain.

Not sure what the BA is like specifically, but usually there's rubber hose with grommet attached to the end in the firewall on passenger side. Try pop the hose out first then as OZY said you can poke a cable tie or bit of wire in there. If it's like a lot of cars and it's not blocked and leaking into the car, you may need to extend the hose from the drain thru the firewall.

Yep, the condensate doesn't drain from a "system" persay, but from outside it as it condenses water vapour from atmospheric air and then drips off after there's enough condensate and yes, drips out near the bell housing from above. This condensate is not fluid from the system, but a heat exchange with the outside air as varying temperatures of fluid flow through the hot/cold A/C-Heater system.
