Im wondering what one can do to a non T Barra to get more out of them, my BA XR6 is bog std, I love the car so updating to a T is out for me, my knowledge of cars is still stuck on carbys and points dizzys I haven’t progressed much in last 30 years, looking into and reading up on the Barra they are a mystery to me Twin cams, four million valves , VCT, EFI, electric this electric that it’s making my head spin, Gaybay is full of all sorts of bits n bobs, bigger injectors, bigger throttle body’s, catch cans,

so if someone can tell me what can be done with bolt on bits to extract a bit more out of it that’d be great.

header-back exhaust

under-drive kit

open up the air intake.

tune to suit 98 fuel.

if you want to go crazy, turbo injectors, turbo fuel pump, tune and E85 ahha, might crack 200rwkw with that sort of setup.

id trade it in for a turbo.

a stock turbo will make more than a modded N/A.

a modded turbo will make waaaay more than the most cars out there...

only if it's enough to make a steel pan fall out of the cabin due to manifold danger
Haha I was going to say just put three spoon engines in it, but then saw your post.
