I'd ring a tuner and ask them to switch off the rear sensor in the factory tune. If that is all they are doing, it shouldn't cost too much more than the software credits they need to licensed your VIN.I reckon that will be cheaper than installing a factory cat and you get to keep your nicer exhaust.
