Mate this question has been asked and answered plenty. Start by reading the forum.

To help you get started, I'd recommend looking in the 400rwkw club or the 500rwkw club and see what people are doing there.

Take the time to read and learn and then ask some questions that you can't find the answers to.

Of course you can just drop it off at a reputable tuning shop with a requested power figure and that is fine as well.

400 dicks

Now we've got that out of our systems...

If you would be happy with 400rwkw then I'd suggest selling your car and buying a bf mk2.

You'll only need a few bolt ons to get it to 400rwkw.

These are things you need to consider with your car;

the age of the vehicle and the fact that most of it is worn out especially the cams and turbo, the motor and trans can't take much more than 300rwkw, it's going to cost more to make your car reliable than other models. You did say you want it to make power comfortably.

In all seriousness mate, learn why doing up a ba to those levels is not a good idea. Read up and compare the various models and their various strengths and weaknesses.

Can tell already this thread will be gold...kokenose's cousin possibly

@Conversion xr6t all the real answers you want are already on here, it just gets tiring when a new member jumps on and asks questions that have been asked and answered a million times before.

Saying you're after 400-500rwkw or approx 400rwkw for the track is a very loose description, no one can just spit out the exact answer you're looking for without knowing a lot more info, hence all the questions. If you want a very specific answer then ask a very specific question and these guys will help as requested as they have countless times before.

Otherwise read the 400rwkw section and narrow it down to the sort of setup you want, and see how others have gone about it. Use the search bar for any particular area of interest and you'll have more info than you know what to do with.
