No, they're not stronger.

They can (usually) handle 320rwkw.

 

But you might get unlucky and get some soft(er) ones.

its not RwKw, its boost PSI that's the factor. The more psi the greater chance of lifting the valves off the seats.

Valvesprings are a lottery but the FG ones are better (typically) than the B series ones 

 

I’ve got a customers 2012 FG mk2 turbo doing 135mph (480rwkw) @ 22psi on stock valvesprings with zero indications of float ;) 

 

but ive also got a customers FG turbo that’s getting valve float at only 120mph ( 310rwkw )
