mums camry foot almost to the floor before it grips, its just a soft pedal feel same with my corolla.

 

jump in my ute with factory setup still, I almost smack my head when I brake.

 

so I def like the initial bite gives reassurance ey haha

I agree with @Rab in regards to the brake fluid @Lennox. did you get dot 4 brake fluid? you most probably did as I went through the same thing at the RAC tuning session.

Need to get dot 5 brake fluid if you plan to take it to the track.

I got my brake fluid replaced a month later and all was fine with the car.

Fmd...

Penrite racing brake fluid as mentioned above, freshly changed the day before by the mechanic. 

 

This was months ago, I can't remember a play by play of what happened to the car, I just remember brakes not working well and lots of smoke, the pedal still worked just required more pressure.

All I know is that I won't be buying them again, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else to use on the track, if you guys want to use them on the track go for it. I won't.
