Hate it when life gets in the way of things :S

I'm lucky in some regards to be a stay at home parent cos my gym stuff is at home and I happen to be at home 99% of the time. This could also be why it seems fairly easy to "go to the gym" for me as I only have to walk out to the shed. I don't have a set time that I "have" to work out so I usually plan my gym time around my meal times for energy and recovery purposes. Speaking of which I'd better get out there and get some cos the caffeine just kicked in lol.

Also helps to run from my house to the gym (it's only 100m or so) but it gets the blood pumping

I've got no idea why people bother, as everybody just talks past one another.
