Could some kind soul please post up some pictures of the their BA/BF dual zone heater hoses, where they connect to the solid lines and go through the firewall. As I am having a problem with the passengers side air conditioning being warm,  I need to confirm that I have them connected correctly. The temperature will get hotter when I change it's setting, so I think that it is not the mixer shaft. The only other thing it could be, is that the water is feeding backwards through the turbo, and feeding back to where it feeds from the heater hose...  Here is a pic of the current setup..

Any assistance you could give would be greatly appreciated.

Pressure side (from the thermostat housing) should go to the bottom fitting on the core, suction hose to the top so the core remains full.

It does sound like a mixer issue though.
