Ba xr6 turbo upgrades?

It's best to upgrade the turbo oil filter to something else. Always remove the stock oem filter regardless.

This means the oem filter does not get blocked and starve your turbo from oil.

Most people just remove the turbo oil filter all together, with no aftermarket filter.

The choice is yours.

If you have read the thread that @skidxr6t suggested, you will know that if you plan on going for high power, then those rods need replacing.

 

what are your power goals?

Have a read of that thread. because of the skinny rods, it won't like much power.

power goal of 300? why not make it 315 or 330 and see what happens to em rods?? :P
