XR6 FG N/A jerking/jumping

G'day fellas, I've recently decided to try and get a bit more power out of my XR6 FG N/A, I know it's no turbo but I'm planning on keeping this car for awhile. Anyway I chucked on a Herrod cai, then an exforce catback followed by a pacemaker 4495 and an high flow cat, then finally an under drive pulley. I also bought new O2 sensors, changed the oil and oil filter, then today changed the fuel filter. My first problem is that from where both the cat connects with the cat back and headers there are leaks of like a water substance with white smoking coming from the exhaust on start but goes away once warm, I don't think this means anything so I just let the car warm up before I drive. The real problem is that when the car is in drive and I'm just rolling it like jolts/jerks/jumps forward and the same when I put in reverse. It doesn't happen all the time but does occur quite often, especially in the mornings stuck in traffic. Also occasionally when I go to accelerate there is a slight delay kinda of feel, I can't really explain it but it just sometimes waits a second then goes, but like I said this barely happens. My first thought was the fuel filter so I changed it today and still no change, could it be because I have yet to have it tuned? Is it running a bit lean and the tune will fix all this? Or is it something more serious? Please would love to hear your thoughts.

Cheers

tailshaft centre bearing is shagged :spoton:

or diff bush is split/broken or diff bush bolt is broken (probably not the latter).

Yeh mate it does sound similar to the diff bush being split/broken as I does like wind back and jump, but could it be something else? Like it only happens when rolling in either drive or reverse, no other time.

Thanks

How many k's and has the box been serviced. Different ZF but mine did similar things when a bit low on fluid. Would flare on cold shifts, surge a bit at light throttle when trying to cruise. Felt like it had a big cam when cold and put it in gear. Idle fine out of gear. Put maybe a touch over 100ml of oil in it and its been a sh*te load better. Still needs a service.

Yeh mate I was watching the revs today driving and it would hold at around 2 and a half, and then when braking it would seem like it was holding gear then dropping at the last second. Very uncomfortable ride
