Size Question

Yes they will fit. Rears no problem they will sit pretty flush and you will be able to run a lot of rubber under there. Front you with have to run a little stretch. Probably a 245. And they will poke a little bit buy nothing a guard roll can't fix

Your fronts should poke about 8mm more than the below pic as they are 19x9.5+22 with 235

Iv got 19x10.5+22 with a 275 and it has a little bit of room to the guard.

You will have about 4mm more room under there and being 18's I reckon you could get away with a 295 if not bigger.

I ended up getting some lenso spec e at 18x9.5+22 so this should be perfect for what I want.I'll post pics next week when I get them on.another question, with that offset have I freed up more clearance for lowering blocks? It would be alot easier and cheaper to go 2-3" lowering blocks.
