we have to re landscape the back yard, new plumbing and drainage, just got the bill for drainage. 10k! alone.

going to be an expensive back yard. and the main area is only like 35 squares. then a narrow footpath down either side. :(

apparently the inspector who signed the house off most likely didnt visit the site, the builder I got in who is a master builder said too many basic mistakes. theres no way it would pass.

I recently got a quote to swap my entire house from the septic tank to the street.

The guy wanted 6k but I talked him down to half of that. There was nearly 50 metres of pipe laid over a metre underground.

Make sure you don't spend too much on a bunch of poly pipe and fittings man.

Haven't heard much from lawyers so got wife to ring them up and the lady that had our case left. WTF!!

New person now asked them to fast track it to get it all done.

I would love to move but wife doesn't :furious:

Ever used a digger?

Hire a 2.5ton at Kennards. U will do it pretty easy being 40sq meters, ripping it out will save u farkloads mate

I have used a digger. too bad theres no access apart from stairs to the back yard.
