Depends on what it is. A lot of stairs require a structural aspect... that costs $ with anything. But yeah it's not great ... and if the property wasn't 5kms from city centre and we weren't going all out on everything else and living there I'd never spend the $. Az is hard wiring everything ...everything will be linked technologically... cbus is just too much.... but every screen in the house, aircon, security, access will be controllable by phone or tablet.
