He's getting NBN rolled out soon though so I'm sure he'll live!

Garage big enough for a car and a couple of motorbikes. Yep hard to fit 4 x 2 on the tiny blocks theses days. And now sheds are out of the question. Shame.

Someone had some interesting taste in its past. It could be really nice though. New modern kitchen and bathrooms would go a long way I reckon. Can and probably will put a little garden shed out the back (already has the pavers there for it), somewhere to keep ladders, pushbikes, wheelbarrow, lawnmower etc. Also, I don't really need a 4x2 at this stage of my life, Arron. Nor a big garage. I like cars and motorbikes, but not really interested in pulling them apart at home.

Kitchen and Bathrooms both look pretty tidy and function so unless they are falling apart I'd run with it to save the $'s in the short term.
