stubbietubbie Filthy weeb Member 1,870 Member For: 11y 2m 2d Gender: Male Posted 19/11/14 07:31 AM Share Posted 19/11/14 07:31 AM Those are not just rehearsal skids either, some would have been laid again during filming.This is a big thing to set up, and Block would've gone through the route several times so the cameras are set (static and handheld) in the right spots.I agree it takes some of the magic out of it, but short of cleaning up the miles of skidmarks between each take (who's to say this was ever done in one take?) - which'd take a while (prolonging a shoot like this more than necessary could cost quite a bit), this is the best way of doing it.
