Hi all,

I am seriously considering the next step with my fg.. Current 325rwkw with the standard turbo and I want more..

I am looking at kpm 460 and approx 1000cc injectors?

Any suggestions to the best fuel upgrade as I currently only have a slight upgraded walbro intank..

I wanna put a precision 6235 and have both 98 and e85 tunes power approx 420-450rwkw from what I have heard.. Car is fg with a zf tuned..

Can't got wrong with PW surge with twin internal DW300's, PW fuel rail & TS 1200 reg, KPM 1500 squirters all plumbed with -6 Teflon braid with -8 return.

The Precision 6235 on E85 will max out at around 490 rwkws!

Then you just need to save up to re build your ZF shortly after.

not disputing the 490 on 85 but where does that number come from?

we did one a few weeks back on a manual only on 98 and seem to be around the 420 mark before running out of puff, the car had cams in it which should have helped the top end but that was it, on paper it is a 700hp turbo, which I would estimate to be between 409-420 rwkw.

Mick seen 3 cars now 2 x FG's and 1 BF make 470 - 497 on E85 with the 6235.

Three different shops 2 x Mainline and 1 x DD

All 3 cars seen 23+ psi of boost.

The FG that had 497 ran 141 mph 2 weeks ago at WSID so the power is there!

No mick none of them had a 98 tune.

Though I'd imagine 430 - 450 would be about as far as you would want to go on 98.

PW no longer recommend the twin DW300's for e85 use due to a few failures. That being said, my system is holding up fine *stroking fine mahogany*

Was speaking to Kev at the track a few months back and asked him about that and he had no idea where that comment came from, said that they are fine for e85.
