Hi all,

Recently picked up a 2008 G6ET with the cashmere leather and the optional 19's. Bought it from my old man with only 45000kms on the clock (got an offer I couldn't really resist)

Been snooping around on here checking out performance mods etc and best bang for buck.

Well I had it in with Simon @ xtreme ford tuning today for a full stage 1 kit (id1000 injectors, xcal 3) & herrod CAI.

From what I'd read I'd be expecting it to pull around 230-240rwkw stock and 270-280rwkw after the work/tune. Well... She pulled 252rwkw stock and 298.9rwkw after! With 700.5nm torque. I'm really impressed it's awesome. I don't really have any good pics at the moment but will show more on Sunday, it's got Kings SSL's going in the front and SSSL's in the rear with monroe gt shocks.

I don't plan on much else yet but will most likely upgrade the intercooler & piping ASAP as I dare say my stock cooler is on its limits now.

Simon @ Xtreme is one of the best tuners in the country - you cant go wrong! Process West make some of the best coolers and kits, and their customer service skills are top notch.

You'll mod it some more......

Another one in the bowls club

Welcome aboard haha

Process west make some top notch gear I love my black cooler

I'm a fan of trying to keep everything stock looking so I went the kpm in tank pump as well

This may seem irrelevant now but you will hunt for more power

I remember when stock power was amazing lol

Thanks guys.

Yeah I got quoted $1450 for a process west cooler so I think that might be the way to go, think I got lucky with the slightly cooler weather at the moment but it'll suffer eventually.

Yeah it's so much more responsive now! Breaks traction instantly, off to get new tyres on it today as the cheapo chinese ones I have on the back just won't handle it and sound terrible.

Got quoted $384/each 245/35/19 on some bridgestone re002's (rio tinto discount) thought that was fairly good.

I know I'll want more boost soon. Stoked with the figures it pulled though.
