Problem with things like this they drive race categories towards a Nascar style platform where every car is the same so there is no advantage. He just went through the exact same "composite panel" homologation of the ZB versus the FG-X and Altima (fark knows what the actual model code is haha) and it basically boiled down to the fact that there's 35kg advantage to the ZB cars in terms of a lower center of gravity and that the supercars team will do nothing about it until the ZB dominates the timesheets... I'd be happy for there to be no advantage as that makes for better closer racing, as the past few years of supercars can attest to. The best drivers and teams float to the top, across all teams, not just some specific teams who've got an obvious technical advantage. For those interested, the "panel" differences were that the roof, bonnet, rear hatch and firewall are all composite whereas the other teams have them all as steel... *sigh*. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Was always going to be a RBR 1,2 anyway, but that's just . Edit: just as I said that, Whincup gets a mechanical failure of some sort... that's even more unlucky.
