Haha yeah I know..

I'm just curious as a mate of mine said something similar.. That a well known tuner had f*cked his car and someone else had to fix it.. But the well known tuner had done the best he could with what was given to him and the guy who fixes it replaced most of the sh*t parts with quality gear.

Kinda like giving Ratter a car to tune that you just fitted weaponX coil packs to..

Happens heaps out there

People rock up with a stack of ebay parts and accept its going to be chit but when it does go to poo the run off to other tuners who rape them for the job over again with quality parts and get the " lifesaver " badge

moral to the story is a tune will only be as good as the quality of the combination hardware that supports

Give a tuner a car with underlying issues, don't expect miracles without laying down more coin.

Valve springs , spring to mind(pun intended)

It wasnt the parts, I bought the whole lot off them it was the tune. It kept over boosting and going into safe mode. Apparently it needed the flapper done to fix it. I didn't feel that was the case so took it elsewhere for another tune. Re tuned at intune and 18 months later it is still going great. I'm happy. good power as well.
