all of those methods are seriously cheaper than buying a motorbike and gear, especially when factoring insurance etc

Weren't you looking at getting a bike anyway? Maybe I got you mixed up with someone else. You could get a scooter. 3rd party, fire and theft is probably $100 a year.

Or an 80cc pushy motor kit on a $50 gumtree pushy if you wanna be really frugal and slightly bogan.

Ah that's right, it's 12:30ish am here.

Well happy birthday then. I thought I remembered it from last year but wasn't sure.

A to B as cheap as possible is the key when you're spending a lot of time in the vehicle.

Not just as cheap as possible, but want something cheapish, comfortable and a nice place to spend my time. Also, reliable and somewhat new...but don't wanna be spending a whole bunch of money.

Yeah cheap as possible was probably the wrong choice of words.

Cheap as in rego, fuel and insurance costs but still a nice comfortable place to be.

Most 4 cyls from 2010 on would be fine.

Yeah, also thinking something that is a little practical than my current car too, in terms of liftback/hatchback/SUV type thing...can't really fit much in the boot of the Honda :ermm: Thinking some form of 4cyl turbo might be the go...have to wait and see what sort of financial position I end up in after my payout from my current job and paying off some debts. Probably just be better off sticking with my current car for a while and seeing how I go...from a financial standpoint...
