Recommended Posts

Obviously doesn't work since the car doesn't move.

Also boot mounted fuel systems are so 1999 Zoom magazine spec

definitely works... just the driveline doesn't, namely the clutch. But that's another story. Still; loving your updates, ya filthy ({}).

Nah I'm saving the final version for your F6

That's a roundabout way of saying never :stirthepot:

But in all seriousness I know the fuel system will get done and I hope the blue f6 gets done.

But of a hold up with some fuel proof heat shrink I ordered but once that arrives the wholebang can go onto the tank for good..

Granted its free flowing but the big jigger moves some juice.

I'll be running it at 18v (it's at 14.4 in the video) that'll give me aprox 420ltr/hr at 84psi fuel pressure

You do know some fuel will probably leak out this hole....

Not if I leave the pump running

So this is taking longer than I had hoped but after running the system for over an hour friday night I was happy to start finishing the instal.

Hoses are sleeved to prevent rubbing/knocking under the car. The fuel residue is just from me pulling the module out and it dribbling fuel.

The filter isn't centred in the clamps as im waiting on a check valve inlet cap which will increase the length of the filter slightly and I obviously need to remount the stock clamps for the remaining factory lines.

Yeah have seen what it'll do especially if you are getting pressure spikes through it.

Photos make it look closer than it is, there's a good 1/2" clearance be the hose and any rub points and it double sheathed as it exits the tank and runs over the gaurd tray

I was gunna then I wasn't gunna but then I said stuff it and pulled the trans out this arvy. I'm picking up another engine stand tomorrow so I can work on both motors at once and will probably just stash the trans in the cupboard for a while.

When the trans cooler sh*t itself a while back, some trans fluid ended up in the radiator but not vice versa thankfully. Rather than replace the coolant reservoir and radiator I spent a whole bunch of time cleaning them out...well I cleaned the radiator more so. Haha I can add it to the list of sh*t to get done I spose.
