I put the trailer on and handed the keys to the girls.

Best part is - they'll be in and out all day.

"need more beer"

"need some rolls for the BBQ"

"would you mind grabbing some ice?"

"bins could be emptied"

"dishes could be done"

etc

I have had a busy last few weeks, slowly replacing/upgrading the front and rear bushes to complete Whiteline

Also installed the IMS different hat that I had sitting on a the garage shelf for 6 months

Full rotor replacement to the DBA T3's and Project MU 400 pads

Brake fluid full flush and upgrade to braided lines

Currently have the front end pulled apart to change the bushes over the next couple days, put it together and book in for a full wheel alignment and I'll be quite happy not to work on the car again or spend money haha

At least half of the bushes were completely torn or half there guts fallen out so I know this major upgrade will definitely be worth it

I have only had a slight increase of NVH, a very light hum from the diff at 80kph, even saying that it is so small I'm sure I'll forget it's there in a couple weeks

Few pics for the fans, random order and not a whole lot shown, I forgot to take more pictures when I was doing the rear cradle

Was very impressed on how clean and good condition the diff internals were, regular oil changes really make a difference 302bd2474d749e7e2c3d8b487141d673.jpg603b069e869fa0358887f2334dcd57d4.jpg

You'll love the new brakes :)

Front wheel wells look so empty when stripped.

What's the idea behind the diff hat compared to stock?

How was the smell?

Still got the smell of the diff internals from my LX hatchback stuck in the back of my nose - 25 years after.

Nah no smell, only dirty old never been changed mineral oil gets that awful smell

Diff hat just has far better support and I'll never have to replace/drop the rear cradle again

my car got old...

so I decided to wash and wax it today :) Not the best lighting for these pics at around sunset, but oh well. I'm happy with the outcome. Need to buy a machine and do this waxing more regularly, as the red really suffers from UV damage quickly.

Ran out for the fun of it, last night. Went about 30km past zero on the range (I went about 50-60km, cruising at highway speed, past the zero when it had the stock fuel system)... problem is, the car has lost approx 2L of fuel capacity with the new in-tank fuel module and pump setup. Car was literally empty as I rolled into a petrol station and I filled it right up with 66.3L... lame.
